time2letgo is a compassionate space dedicated to helping people honour and remember their beloved pets who have passed away. We offer online pet
memorial walls and personalised poems, alongside pet loss support and pet readings from animal communicators/pet mediums. We also currently offer physical remembrance products that are pet memorial photo frames. We will be expanding the range of keepsakes over time.
2. Who is time2letgo for?
Our services are for anyone who has lost a pet or beloved animals and wants a meaningful way to celebrate their life and keep their memory alive.
3. Do you offer free delivery?
We offer free delivery to anywhere within the UK mainland for all physical
products.
4. How do I submit my pet’s photos and other required information?
Once you place your order, you’ll receive an email with a link to submit
information and/or upload your pet photos. This applies to physical and online personalised products.
5. What is the Pet Loss Email Support service?
Our email support service provides gentle guidance and emotional support
for those grieving their pet’s passing. You’ll receive a thoughtful response totally personalised and tailored to your needs, filled with comfort and understanding. You can find out more here.
6. What is the Pet Reading service?
This service offers a spiritual connection to your pet through a pet
reading. Details on how this works can be found on our Pet Reading page.
7. How do I create an online pet memorial?
You can create a tribute by selecting our Online Memorials service and
filling out the tribute form with details about your pet. We’ll create a
beautiful page in their memory and send you a link once it’s live.
8. Can I review my pet’s memorial page after it’s created?
Yes. You will have 24 hours to review your dedicated web page via a private link and alert us to any factual errors if necessary. After this, your online memorial will be published.
9. Can I edit my pet’s memorial page after it’s published?
Currently, memorials are finalised once published, but if you need minor
adjustments, you can contact us for assistance.
10. How can I share my pet’s memorial page with friends and family?
You will receive a unique link that you can share with loved ones via social media, email, or messaging apps. This allows them to visit, view your tribute, and remember your pet alongside you.
11. Can I add messages on special dates, like anniversaries or birthdays?
Absolutely. Many people find comfort in posting a message on significant dates such as their pet’s birthday, the anniversary of their passing, or other meaningful occasions. This is a beautiful way to keep their memory alive and reflect on the love you shared.
12. Can others leave comments and thoughts on my pet’s memorial page?
Yes, the comment section is open for sharing thoughts, memories, and messages of love. Friends and family can express their condolences, share stories, or simply leave a note in remembrance.
13. How long will my pet’s memorial stay online?
Your pet’s memorial will remain online indefinitely. If any changes occur,
we will notify you in advance.
14. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments through the PayPal Express Checkout for a
secure and seamless transaction. You do not require a PayPal account to use this service.
15. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Since many of our products are personalised, cancellations or modifications
must be requested within 2 hours after purchase. Please contact us as soon
as possible if you need changes.
16. Do you offer refunds?
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we generally do not offer
refunds. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out,
and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
17. I need help with my order. What should I do?
